Fun Fact: Raspberries contain good amount of minerals like potassium, manganese, copper, iron and magnesium. Potassium is an important component of cell and body fluids that helps controlling heart rate and blood pressure. Manganese is used by the body as a co-factor for the antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase. Copper is required in the production of red blood cells.

Ingredients and Instructions

  1. Combine one pack of raspberry flavored gelatin mix and 1/2 cup of boiling water.
  2. Blend until the gelatin is dissolved.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup fruit and 1 cup of crushed ice.
  4. Blend until it is smooth.
